Fee is a 7% flat rate of the unit’s monthly income and includes the following services:
Rent Collections
Collect and follow up on any rental arrears. Owners will receive monthly rent deposited directly into their account.
Tarion Warranty Filing
File owner’s 30-day and 1-year Tarion warranty submissions when required. Keeping owners up to date on important reparation updates.
Unit Insurance Included for Condominiums*
Cover the cost of insurance for condominium units on behalf of the owner.
Unit Maintenance
Coordinate all maintenance activities and repairs and ensures they are completed by reliable and trustworthy vendors with no markups.
Notice Filing
Work closely with the Landlord and Tenant Board. Notice filling is included for owners when necessary*.
Property Management Reporting
Provide monthly statements outlining all financial information as well as details on the current resident and lease to always keep our owners up to date on their investment.
Tenant Satisfaction
Assist in finding and screening reliable residents to rent out our owners’ units. By being proactive and responsive we ensure that residents are happy and rental units remain occupied.
24/7 Tenant Support
Residents can rely on our team to be available around the clock for emergencies. An online portal is also available for residents to manage payments as well as work orders.
Move-in / Move-out Facilitation
Ensure proper walkthroughs, unit readiness, and detailed reports are completed at the time of move in/move out./span>
